Pastor Chris Okafor Responds Indirectly to Doris Ogala’s Allegations with Biblical Message

Pastor Chris Okafor, founder of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, has indirectly reacted to serious allegations leveled against him by Nollywood actress Doris Ogala.

Ogala had called on the Department of State Services (DSS) to probe an alleged incident linked to a construction project at Pastor Okafor’s church. While appearing on the KAA Truths podcast, she urged authorities to “dig up” the church altar, suggesting that something may have been concealed there.

She alleged that during the construction process, part of the structure collapsed, leading to a death. Ogala also claimed that a blogger later discovered “something on the ground” connected to the incident, which reportedly sparked concern.
According to her, Pastor Okafor later contacted her privately to seek advice on handling the issue and calming the blogger. She said:

“DSS should go to that church and open his altar. I wouldn’t say further than that. When they were building that place, the structure collapsed, and someone died. A blogger also found something on the ground. He called me and asked what he could do to silence the blogger.”

Instead of addressing the accusations directly or releasing an official response, Pastor Okafor chose a different path. He posted a video of one of his sermons online, accompanied by a caption referencing the Bible.

He wrote:

“When God’s concerns becomes your concerns, your concerns will become His concerns. ‘If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire and it shall be done for you. (John 15:7).’”
